“Een onvergetelijke reis met True Nature Trails. Een reis die mij heeft verbonden met mijn ware natuur, mijn ware zelf. Maar ook een reis waar ik nauwelijks woorden aan kan geven, zo indrukwekkend, zo intens. Wandelen in Noorwegen is werkelijk wonderschoon.
Anouk is someone I could be completely myself with. The guidance was exceptionally good. The trip was taken care of down to the last detail. I got to know her as a good tour guide, her love and care for this earth and her dog Taka. She is a decisive, inspiring woman who stands firmly in her shoes.
The long walks threw me back on myself. This allowed me to pay attention to everything that lived in me. I feel it has brought me further in my consciousness.
De reis heeft me enorm geïnspireerd. Dit ga ik vaker doen! Ik heb heel erg genoten van het één zijn met de natuur, de eindeloze stilte, het drinken uit meren en rivieren, het wakker worden in een weidse vallei, de mist zien optrekken in de ochtend, alle elementen, de sneeuwtoppen, helemaal back to basic. Ook zonder hond is dit een waanzinnige reis! Nogmaals dank Anouk voor deze onvergetelijke reis waar ik nog vaak met een grote glimlach aan terug denk!”

An unforgettable experience! Back to basic with your dog. Becoming one with nature, completely surrendering to the now. The rest is equally unimportant. Special to experience that. I really enjoyed traveling with a small group. Had interesting, valuable conversations with Anouk and my fellow travelers. Something to think about. The guidance is excellent, Anouk also stands her ground in unforeseen situations, keeps her calm and acts. Hats off. This trip made an incredible impression. Thank you.

I have been back now for a week or two from my unforgettable hikingtrip in Norway. We hiked for six days in the Hardangervidda National Park in the southwest of this beautiful country.
This was an unforgettable trip! What a natural beauty! The tough efforts were rewarded again and again with great views. Sometimes we only covered a mile in an hour because no step was normal. Stones & rocks everywhere that you had to constantly step over or on, sometimes (quite) and long uphill or downhill, then again crossing a swirling river, occasionally interspersed with a swampy surface. I love that :-), suffer a bit with almost 20 kilos on your back and merge with nature. The merging then happens automatically. The resistance disappears, acceptance takes its place and the job is done, the fusion is there. How wonderful it is when you suddenly arrive at a mountain hut after a few days of hiking and staying overnight in a tent. Then you suddenly have a bed and a stove!!! How luxurious is that then! It's almost indescribable how you can appreciate that!
Het ontroerde me vaak die geweldige uitzichten, de honden van Anouk die volledig in hun element waren en onvermoeibaar leken. Anouk heeft deze prachtdieren uit Roemenië gehaald of beter gezegd gered. Beide beestjes hebben een pittig verleden ingeruild voor een geweldig leven bij deze hondenfluisteraar. Fantastisch om te zien hoe mens en dier op elkaar afgestemd kunnen zijn en hoe een mens zo goed de lichaamstaal van een hond kan lezen. Anouk is er een uit duizenden: zeer veel respect voor deze vrouw en wat zij neer heeft gezet met True Nature Trails. Normaal biedt ze reizen aan naar Noorwegen, Schotland, Luxemburg en de Ardennen voor hondeneigenaren met hun hond maar nu ook voor ’t eerst ook voor mensen zonder hond. Daar ben ik er 1 van.
The organization was arranged down to the last detail and the smallest details.
My luggage hadn't arrived but how we handled this together is something we can all be proud of.
I can say from my heart that this holiday was one to remember.

Camping in the wild was just awesome!! The hiking was easier than I expected, very doable, if you trained well. Fun and educational assignments in between that I did not expect. The guidance of Anouk is very inspiring. I also liked the variety between the high mountainplateaus and the Norwegian forests. I will definitely go wild camping again with my dogs more often!

I found the environment and nature really beautiful! I even would have liked to hike longer, it was doable. Camping in the wild was also great. Sometimes I was touched by the assignments but it certainly also brought depth. I loved what other participants shared in the group.
The guidance was great! Relaxed, educational, profound and well-considered.
I take a lot of inner peace home with me and will make more time to enjoy nature at home. It was a wonderful trip with nice company, nice dogs, pure enjoyment.

What I especially liked is that everyone was given the time and space to be themselves. I found the guidance nice, clear and relaxed. I loved the wild camping, the places were really beautiful! I learned a lot from the trip and will definitely do it again.

De groepsdynamiek vond ik heel fijn, maar ook de rust, de prachtige omgevingen en het genieten van de natuur. Met trots kijk ik terug op deze reis. De workshops vond ik interessant, verrassend en nuttig. Ik ben blij dat ik dit mee heb mogen maken, bedankt!
